Reviews and Ratings
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The room, although spacious with an oversized King Bed and Separate living room, felt dark, old, and smelled dingy, adding to the annoyance of a loud fan during my stay. On the bright side, the room was well-needed for wedding preparations and accommodating numerous visitors. The service was exceptional, with exceptionally friendly and knowledgeable staff, who ensured all my needs were met. The location was convenient, with easy access to the freeway and nearby amenities, but the noise from In-N-Out Burger announcements late at night, and cigarette smoke, was a downside. The dining experience was satisfactory with a continental style breakfast, including muffins, granola bars, and fruit, although the cream cheese was a nice touch. Overall, a decent stay but with some drawbacks.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The newly redecorated rooms were fresh and well-equipped for our needs, but the musty smell was off-putting. The service was excellent in handling our concerns, and the location, though isolated, had its perks being near Santa Barbara amenities. The dining options were limited, but the facilities were satisfactory overall.
I had a comfortable and quiet stay at the hotel, with nicely redone rooms perfect for conducting business. Although slightly misleading in terms of bed capacity, the cleanliness and amenities made up for it. The service was exceptional, handling a difficult situation professionally and warmly. The location was convenient for my training and surprisingly peaceful. The dining options left room for improvement, offering only basic snacks. Overall, a good value for a pleasant stay.
